Melinda Skirvin

Melinda Skirvin is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of expertise in clinical and operational management, patient advocacy, strategic leadership, and acquisitions. Renowned for her strong leadership qualities and integrity, she has consistently added value to the communities she serves. Her impact includes overseeing multi-state operations, implementing successful wellness programs, and leading clinical initiatives in lifestyle, culinary services, and memory care.

A firm believer in a trust-based, relationship-driven leadership style, Melinda’s dedication to seniors and the caregivers who serve them is at the heart of her work.

Melinda has resided in Coral Springs for the past 32 years and has two grown sons. She is an animal lover and has 3 small dogs. She exercises daily and loves to take long, early morning walks as well as bake.

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
